The city is full of history and, aware of that strength, the staff of the restaurant La Aldaba settled in a building with solera, which would tell a thousand adventures, if it could speak. Since it opened its doors in 1995, on the tablecloths of La Aldaba you can access always special flavors, dominated by a spirit of openness, both of minds and palates.
